Throughout my teenage years I battled with my weight and self-confidence. I started my fitness journey with no one to help or support me, so I had to work it out as I went along. Having learnt the hard way, I am here to help anyone experiencing low self-esteem or self-image to get back into shape and feel confident about themselves.
Exercise is an important, meaningful part of daily living. I understand the struggle, so my mission is to give everyone who is unhappy with their weight and/or current lifestyle the knowledge and support needed to make the necessary changes to maintain a healthy lifestyle – at the end of the day a confident person is a happy person.
