Club100 now provides High Intensity Interval Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 05:10 to 06:10 at Moove Motion Fitness Club in Sunninghill.
Take your fitness training to another level: Our classes are designed to maximise your training potential. Experience the intensity of a structured class, improve your cardiovascular performance and boost your metabolism. In our sessions, you train in multiple heart rate zones from aerobic to anaerobic so that you challenge and optimise your strength and fitness.
High Intensity Interval Classes
Our High Intensity Interval Classes are intense. The hour-long indoor cycling workout is structured to alternate between working into higher intensity heart zones reaching anaerobic threshold followed by periods of lower intensity work.
This workout will enhance your performance in speed and power, improve your recovery, and your ability to train at or above your anaerobic zone. The program includes quarterly monitoring to optimise performance.
