If truth be told, I’m not a fan of cardio…even at the best of times! Joining STRONG however, has motivated me enough to want to train again at 6am and to push myself more and more after each and every class. I go at my own pace because I know I’m only in competition with myself and it’s all about baby steps for me and in turn, shifting my mindset. The results are showing and I’ve been more consistent than I’ve been in a very long time. I may still not love cardio, and trust me I can moan during any number of STRONG’s classes…but I’m still going… I enjoy the variety of trainers and pushing myself enough so that my inner saboteur doesn’t get the better of me! Thank you Mika and the STRONG team! I may still not love cardio…but I love training at STRONG.

With the coolest gym equipment that will excite you from the very first rep to the end. You will be running on the powerful Free Motion treadmills that have inclines that are double the incline of most normal treadmills – so get ready to reach new levels at STRONG.

Opening after Covid19 allows us to plan the layout of the studio with care. Sanitizer bottles will be readily available throughout the studio and our reputable cleaning firm will make sure the studio is deep cleaned between each class. Together with our insane lighting and state of the art sound you will always be inspired to run faster and lift heavier.

The idea is to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the entire session. This helps increase your metabolic rate up to 15% as well as increase lean muscle mass while making sure you drop body fat. Strengthen your core, increase your flexibility and boost your cardiovascular strength. Weight loss and lean muscle gain are the biggest benefits of HIIT training.
