Divan Swart

I have an absolute passion for sport and wellbeing and a keen interest in how the human body works and how it adapts to different situations.

The body is amazing in finding ways to compensate when there is an injury, weakness, or tightness in the muscles. In order for the body to move and function optimally we have to try to break these compensations, and for this, I am qualified in and use a technique called Be Activated.

I specialize in orthopedic injury rehabilitation of the neck, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. I also help in the management of chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, cancer, and others. More recently, I have had impressive results in working with cerebral palsy patients.

Other areas of specialty include working with athletes, specifically triathletes to gain the strength and stability they need for their specific events, assisting runners with running form and technique as well as weightlifting form correction.

Shane Rainbird

My Name is Shane Rainbird I am a Sports Massage Therapist as well as a Tecar Specialist. I have been working as a Sports Massage Therapist for the last 14 years. I specialize in Recovery and Injury prevention for most sports people.  I don’t only work on Athletes, I also work on Corporate People, specializing in Headaches and stress-related issues.

Joshua Godden

Joshua obtained his BSc Physiotherapy degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. He has completed the lumbar and cervical spine McKenzie (MDT) courses, the Comprehensive Taping course, the Ultimate Lower Quarter Course as well as his dry-needing level 1 certification and is currently completing his FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine. He has a special interest in sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions and has been involved as a rugby team physiotherapist at club level.

Christine Egenrieder

Christine is a passionate and holistic physiotherapist who qualified from the University of Witwatersrand in 2002. Christine is an accredited “Exercise in Medicine” practitioner and has completed her Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT1), Diploma in Vestibular Assessment and Rehabilitation, and McKenzie part A & Bcourses. Christine has a special interest in sports injuries; back and neck pain; headaches; post operative rehabilitation; TMJ conditions; respiratory conditions and ergonomic correction.

Onika van Ryneveld

Onika obtained her BSc Physiotherapy degree from the University of the Free State in 2019. She has since completed her Mckenzie lumbar spine course, dry needling level 1 & 2 courses and has become a qualified BASI Mat Pilates instructor. She is a firm believer in holistic and individualised care for each patient. Her special interests include: sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, and back and neck pain.
